The CSA Experience: Tersia Baker

What did you do before?

Prior to joining CSA, I was involved in diamond and precious stone sales to the foreign market, particularly the far east.

What attracted you to CSA? (Why I moved to CSA)

It's not so much what attracted me to CSA that merits mention, but what made me stay with CSA for all these years. This is a company that encourages its employees to grow. It carries a culture of self-improvement. If you have a vision for yourself, or want to develop yourself further, they will support you all the way. CSA encourages free thinking and expression. Employees are not policed. The relationship I have had with CSA is very much a give and take, and that is what makes relationships successful. I enjoy the people, and enjoy the working environment that Management have created.

What do you think are your most important achievements since you’ve been at CSA?

Oh shucks, that's a hard one. Brain freeze!!!!!

Your greatest CSA experience:

Watching management and staff rally together during the trying months of the management buyout from the MGX group of companies. The confidence staff and management displayed in eachother was outstanding.

CSA in a sentence?

This is a team of individuals working together in unity and toward a common goal. That is unique in todays climate.
