What attracted you to CSA (Why you chose CSA) ?

I was "bought" along with all of First Recovery Assets & staff.

What do you think are your most important achievements since you’ve been at CSA?

Growing the CSA footprint from 2 to 8 sites whilst maintaining a reasonably high service standard.

Successfully protecting and growing the annuity revenue of the company, by providing a service which is best of breed in South Africa.

Your greatest CSA experience:

There is not one single event I can isolate, everyday is different, with new challenges and experiences. So I guess everyday is great.

I will however never forget the pre CSA revolt against the previous MGX management. It was amazing how all the staff stood together unified in their defiance against integration into the MGX group.
