What did you do before?

I was the IT Manager for Builders Warehouse.

What attracted you to CSA? (Why I came back)

CSA is passionate about Business Continuity and makes sure that our customers are recoverable.

I re-joined CSA because I missed my "family" and that makes CSA the best company to work for. CSA cares about their staff and clients.

What do you think are your most important achievements since you’ve been at CSA?

Making sure that our clients are recoverable while testing and in a DR situation.

Your greatest CSA experience:

Again the "family" experience especially when I was involved in an armed robbery earlier in the year. The warmth and caring of my fellow employees and the fact that Allen phoned me to find out if I was ok. That meant a lot to me and my husband.
