Louise Theunissen General Manager: Client Services

Louise Theunissen MBCI (Member of the Business Continuity Institute) has, since 2001, gained extensive experience in the South African business continuity industry. She has been involved in all aspects of Business Continuity Management (BCM), and the Project Management thereof, encompassing a wide range of industries.

Besides her MBCI, Louise holds a PMP (Project Management Professional) accreditation. Louise has been involved in Business Continuity Project Management since 2003 and in 2005 was promoted to Consulting Services General Manager. In 2011 Louise received a further promotion to Client Services General Manager, which incorporates the management of several branches throughout Africa.

Louise was the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) Area Representative for Southern Africa in 2009. At the end of 2009 Louise was elected as a member of the BCI Board and in currently serving a three years term starting in 2010. At the end of 2010 Louise was elected as a member of the BCI Global Membership Council and currently plays a strategic role in the development of the Sub-Saharan Africa Chapter.
