Breakfast Talk – Brand and Communication Mistakes to Avoid when trying to keep the Business Continuity lights on @ ContinuitySA Media Briefing Centre
Jan 29 @ 8:30 am – 10:30 am

Crises are not only brand killers, revenue killers and reputation killers…. they are trust killers.

Join ContinuitySA for a dynamic discussion by Alan Hilburg on Brand and Communication Mistakes to Avoid when trying to keep the Business Continuity lights on.

Alan will discuss from a business leader perspective…what is the cost of losing the trust of your employees, customers, shareholders, distributors, regulators, media? Years of hard work building relationships can be marginalised in hours or days. There is a high cost to low trust. Business leader’s number one responsibility is protecting the company and managing the business while managing the crisis.

This means protecting the trust stakeholders, such as employees, customers, shareholders, regulators, legislators and the media, have in the business. How do you future proof your business to ensure that you keep the business continuity lights on while mitigating the transition that is threatening your relationships and success. What don’t you know? What haven’t you thought about? The greatest risk to your business is not not knowing. It is not knowing what you don’t know about. A one hour investment will provide the framework for avoiding the mistakes other CEO and leadership teams have made.
